Apply:
A team of 1-3 researchers (eg. life science project) that have written top-class research data can submit their application. The research data must hold Qommodity status. Tools for creation will be offered on Q-Market. (Create).
Definition of Qommodity:
The definition of a Qommodity status: ” CV on researcher (s) max 3 people (” The Inventors “), pre-utility patent written by reseracher(s), a suggested trademark with domain and a professional CVI (Corporate Visual Identity = Brandbook), design patent of its innovation.” The Qommodity cannot be attached to any type of revenue enterprise activitiy and it is therefor a non-security like a commodity. The Qommodity must overall be a completely NEW INNOVATION created by its Innovators supported Beyond The Moon Q-Experts to maximize the Value of the final transaction.
Qommodity Audit under POA & NDA:
Quality Improvement (Equity Grant accepted 30.000 USD):
The Q-Expert Team will after an approved investment under POA/NDA perform significant patent engineering improvements of the Qommodity towards a state-of-the-art utility patent, control trademark with Domain & CVI, and control of the design patent, i.e. file and pay all related legal fees.
